I support emerging nonprofits by helping shape fundraising strategy, lead donor engagement, develop proposals, and build development operations that are practical and sustainable. I work closely with executive leadership and trainee staff to strengthen internal capacity, with the aim of transitioning out once a confident, in-house fundraising team is in place.

Fundraising Strategy & Planning

We collaborate with you to create a funding strategy tailored to your mission and capacity. We align fundraising with program priorities and organizational development and create realistic annual plans and donor engagement calendars.

Donor Engagement & Proposal Development

With your support, we lead donor outreachm write pitches and proposals, and ensue effective donor engagement. The goal is to identify and pursue an increasing number of funding opportunities across a variety of funding streams.

Development Operations, Mentoring & Capacity Building

I create internal processes that promote long-term sustainability while ensuring compliance and readiness for future audits or evaluations by funders. There are many opportunities for training and mentoring new staff, interns, and early-career team members.
